Tyler is RUDE!!!!

Ok, so a few days ago I posted a promotional picture of TylerIsBomb's latest project. Well, it seams as though "Tips & Tricks" is simply no longer. This morning I got a message from one of TylerIsBomb's "Tips & Tricks" employees Boowow_1998, and in the message she gave me some rather disturbing details about what was happening behind the scenes of this project. Supposedly Tyler is a total divo when it comes to business, and treated his staff horribly. Boowow_1998 told me today that she, along with Hunnigall who is also a member of the staff, have recently decided to quit.
Hunnigall was in charge of all of the graphics, but received absolutely no credit from Tyler when he told me about his new project, and showed me the promotional picture for it. He never even mentioned Hunnigall who made the image when he told me to post it on the blog. In the message that Boowow_1998 sent me, she said that she had to stay up until 4:00 AM working on this issue. She tells me that the first cover had the same minimilistic theme as the promotional picture, but Tyler had an idea, to do a Circus theme. He told Alice (Hunnigall) who was in charge of the graphics as I mentioned before and Ruxandra (Boowow_1998) who was helping Alice, that he wanted the cover to feature a female model inside of a big shoe. After Alice and Ruxandra worked all night on the cover, he told them that they had to "circus it up" because it did not resemble a cirucs as much as it did as an idea in Tyler's mind.
So, Ruxandra and Alice spent another hour or two looking for circus-like backgrounds and props. Then, Tylerisbomb told the girls that "This is too hard. We should go back to the old theme." Boowow_1998 tells me that was when she started to get annoyed with Tyler's attitude.
The next day he told his staff that he had a "genius" idea. He wanted to try the circus theme again, but to bump it to March as a different issue, so they had more time to complete it.

Tyler was still unhappy with the cover, Ruxandra tells me that he forced poor Lorie (YouLoveLorie) to visit every single suite that she could possibly visit so that she could find a lion for the cover (not the moonacre lion, Ruxandra tells me it was a different lion he was looking for to add into the cover).
Another thing Boowow_1998 told me was that Tyler told her that she was being promoted up to the Creative Director of "Tips and Tricks". When Ruxandra told Tyler that she was so excited and that she had posted the news on her blog, he simply replied saying " That's Ok. I was kind of joking when I said you were because you don't really do anything".
Now that I remember Tyler had asked me to write something for him, but I declined. Anyway, by this post I don't mean to be bitter in any way, Ruxandra just made it very clear to me that she and Alice really wanted to let him know that they quit, and Alice reluctantly agreed to post these covers that she made.

Ruxandra also sent me a conversation that Alice and Tyler had on Skype, and it saddens me to see how rude Tyler is.
Opinions?
UPDATE: Both Ruxandra and Alice want everyone to know that they have been able to make up with Tyler, and they are now friends again. They're willing to put this in the past. We'll have to see how this all works out.
